1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Structural components (columns, arms, baseplates)
• Hydraulic systems (cylinders, pumps, valves)
• Mechanical parts (cables, pulleys, locks)
• Electrical components (switches, wiring)

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper installation (must be installed by certified professional)
• Misuse or exceeding rated capacity (see product specifications)
• Normal wear and tear (pads, hoses, cosmetic finishes)
• Acts of nature (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
• Modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel

3. Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact Support: Email support@autolifthub.shop with:
   • Order number/proof of purchase
   • Photos/video of the defect
   • Installation documentation
2. Evaluation: Our team will review within 3 business days
3. Resolution: We will either:
   • Ship replacement parts
   • Authorize repair at approved facility
   • In rare cases, replace the entire unit

4. Shipping & Labor Costs

• Parts: We cover shipping for warranty replacements
• Labor: Customer responsible for labor costs after first 90 days
• Returns: Defective parts must be returned upon request

5. Transferability

This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners if:

• Original purchase documentation is provided
• Product hasn’t been modified
• Transfer is registered with AutoLiftHub within 30 days of ownership change

6. Limitations

This is your sole remedy under warranty. AutoLiftHub.shop is not liable for:

• Consequential damages (lost time, vehicle damage, etc.)
• Incidental costs (rental equipment, etc.)
• Personal injury claims (proper installation required)

7. How to Maintain Warranty

• Follow all maintenance schedules in product manual
• Use only approved replacement parts
• Keep installation and service records
