7. Warranty

Products come with a 5-year limited warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted to support@autolifthub.shop. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoLiftHub.shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Proper Installation & Use

Customers are responsible for:

Proper installation by qualified professionals
Following all manufacturer guidelines
Ensuring the lift is appropriate for their vehicle type/weight

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Banning, CA.
