1. Accepted Payment Methods
AutoLiftHub.shop accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (processed securely via Stripe)
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
2. Payment Security
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your card will be charged when your order is placed.
4. Currency & Pricing
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment fails:
- You will receive an email notification
- Your order will be placed on hold for 24 hours
- After 24 hours, unprocessed orders will be automatically canceled
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Verify payment information with the issuing bank
- Request additional identification documents
- Cancel suspicious orders
