A: Yes! All our freight shipments include liftgate service at no extra cost. The driver will lower your lift to ground level.

Q: Do you provide installation services?

A: While we don’t install directly, we provide detailed guides and can recommend certified installers in your area upon request.

Q: What garage requirements do I need?

A: Most lifts require:

• Minimum 12-foot ceiling height (for two-post lifts)
• 4-inch thick concrete floor (minimum 3000 PSI)

A: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

Q: Can I return a car lift if it doesn’t fit my space?
