Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

AutoLiftHub.shop accepts the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (processed securely via Stripe)
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

2. Payment Security

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your card will be charged when your order is placed.

4. Currency & Pricing

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

You will receive an email notification
Your order will be placed on hold for 24 hours
After 24 hours, unprocessed orders will be automatically canceled

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

Verify payment information with the issuing bank
Request additional identification documents
Cancel suspicious orders
