Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

AutoLiftHub.shop accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (processed securely via Stripe)
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

2. Payment Security

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your card will be charged when your order is placed.

4. Currency & Pricing

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • You will receive an email notification
  • Your order will be placed on hold for 24 hours
  • After 24 hours, unprocessed orders will be automatically canceled

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Verify payment information with the issuing bank
  • Request additional identification documents
  • Cancel suspicious orders
