30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@autolifthub.shop within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide return instructions and authorization
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact us first. You’ll need to return the original item before we ship the replacement.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or special order items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
